With a foremost ideology of social justice, equality, fraternity and economic emancipation for all, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is a prominent national political party of India. Manywar Kanshi Ramji founded the party on April 14, 1984 as a radical social reform movement to work against social and economic justice. Under the able leadership of Behan Kumari Mayawati ji, the party gained full majority in UP state election in 2007 and led the state on a path of development.

OUR NATIONAL PRESIDENT
The Bahujan Samaj Party has emerged as one of the main national political parties of India under the stewardship of its National President Behan Kumari Mayawati ji, Member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council and four-time Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, which is the most populous state of the country having a population of about 235 million.
Behan Kumari Mayawati ji, a serene figure, is affectionately known and called as Bahenji or Sister by one and all - her workers, supporters, people, well-wishers as well as officials. Identified as Iron lady and a no-nonsense leader has emerged as a lady of new hope and aspirations to varied and a wide section of the society, particularly in the state of Uttar Pradesh, bordering the national capital of New Delhi, which most often guides the political destiny of the country.
Dr.R. S. PRAVEEN KUMAR

Dr.R. S. Praveen Kumar is a former officer of Indian Police Service (IPS) and served as the secretary of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
Praveen Kumar introduced pay back to the society in the Social Welfare Residential Schools. In this model, he added several innovative and path breaking programmes like E-Plus Clubs, Voice for Girls, Horse riding, film making, music, dance, etc., for holistic development of the children. In August 2021, Praveen Kumar joined Bahujan Samaj Party, with a calling that it was time "Dalits and Bahujans strive to achieve political power" in the state.

DR. B. R. AMBEDKAR
He was the chief architect of the Indian Constitution. Born into a poor Untouchable family, Ambedkar spent his whole life fighting against social discrimination, the system of Chaturvarna – the Hindu categorization of human society into four varnas – and the Indian caste system. He is also credited with having sparked the Dalit Buddhist movement. Ambedkar has been honoured with the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award.
MANYAWAR SHRI KANSHI RAM JI
Manyawar Kanshi Ram Sahib is remembered in the history of India as a True leader of Bahujan Samaj. Manyawar Kanshi Ram Ji noticed the dynamism of Dr Ambedkar’s movement and decided that he will develop a society which will work to spread the thoughts of Dr Ambedkar and other social reformers and will never sell themselves for a small gain. Manyawar consistently led his movement for almost 38 yrs from 1965-2003 till his illness.
